An invoice is the document. A transaction is the attempt — including attempts that failed and therefore never produced a usable invoice.
That difference is the point of this page. When a plan stops working and the invoices list looks fine, the answer is usually here.

Steps
- 1
Read the list
The table shows Id, Plan Name, Transaction Amount, Transaction Type, Status and Created At.
The transactions list - 2
Check the status
Completed means the money moved. Failed means it did not.
A Failed transaction on a renewal is the earliest warning that your plan is about to lapse. It appears here days before features stop working.
- 3
Match it to a plan change
Plan Name and Transaction Type together tell you what the charge was for — a renewal, an upgrade, or a first subscription.
Good to know
- A failed transaction is often retried automatically. Two failures for the same renewal are not two problems.
- If a charge looks wrong, quote the transaction Id to support — it identifies the attempt precisely, unlike a date and an amount.
- Transactions are never deleted, so this list is the full history of your account's billing.
