Unlike the other channels, this connection is not about answering messages. It lets Envox read your Google Ads performance, compare it against targets you set, and propose optimisations you can accept or ignore.
Before you start
- The Google account you authorise must already have access to the Google Ads accounts you want monitored — Envox can only see what it can see.
- Nothing is changed in your campaigns without you acting on a suggestion.
Steps
- 1
Connect your Google account
Click Connect Google Ads and complete the Google login. Grant offline access when asked, otherwise the connection cannot refresh itself later.
If you see Google did not grant offline access, you skipped or declined a consent screen. Connect again and accept it — without it the connection stops working within days.
The connect Google Ads button - 2
Pick the accounts to monitor
The dialog lists every Google Ads account your login can reach. Select the ones to link; Select all takes them in one go.
An account marked Manager (MCC) brings access to all of its sub-accounts, so linking the manager is usually enough.
- 3
Set targets so analysis can start
Under Monitored accounts each account shows its state. No analysis report yet — set targets to start monitoring means exactly that: without targets there is nothing to compare performance against.
- 4
Read the results
Once targets are set, accounts show On track, a count of pending actions, or Analysis off if you paused monitoring for that account.
Work through pending actions rather than everything at once. Each one is a specific, reversible change, and applying them one at a time makes it obvious which actually helped.
Good to know
- Access revoked means someone removed Envox's permission on the Google side — reconnect to restore it.
- Disconnecting stops analysis but changes nothing inside Google Ads.
- Analysis is periodic, not live. A campaign changed an hour ago will not appear in the report yet.
