Everything that costs us money to run — calls, AI replies, images, carousels, videos, manual posts — is paid with credits from one shared balance. You are not limited per feature: spend your credits on whatever you actually use.

Check your balance
The card at the top shows your Available credits, how much of this period's Monthly credits is left and when they reset, what you have Used this period and your Extra credits. The same summary is in the profile menu at the top right.
Monthly credits are reset, not added. If your plan gives 100 credits and you used 80, the next month starts at 100 again — the 20 you did not use do not carry over.

See where your credits went
The History tab lists every movement: monthly credits loaded, credits used (with the feature and amount), refunds, extra credits bought and monthly credits that reset. Filter by type, feature or date. The Usage tab sums the current period per feature.
A generation that fails is refunded automatically, and a carousel that produces fewer slides than asked only keeps the credits for the slides it made.

Know what things cost
Credit costs lists the price of every action — per minute of a call, per AI reply, per AI image, per carousel slide, per video and per channel a manual post goes out to. Content is priced as a whole: the AI caption is included in the image, carousel and video price, and publishing AI posts is free. The buttons that spend credits in the content studio show the same estimate before you click.

Buy extra credits
Buy extra credits opens the packages. Pick one, choose a card and pay. The credits are added right away.
Extra credits never expire and carry over every month. They are used only after your monthly credits run out, so you never pay twice for the same work.

Good to know
- When an action needs more credits than you have, a dialog explains how many are needed and offers to buy extra credits or upgrade your plan.
- A call is billed when it ends, per started minute. If a long call goes past your balance it still completes; the difference is taken from your next monthly credits.
- If your subscription ends, your extra credits are kept and become usable again as soon as you are on a plan.
- Purchases appear in Transactions and Invoices. Plans and monthly credit amounts are on Subscriptions.
