Every plan includes every feature. What changes between plans is how many credits you get each month (plus capacity such as concurrent calls, team members and knowledge base size). Credits are shared by all features — see Credits.

Steps
- 1
Check the plan you are on
Your active plan is marked Current Plan. The others show Upgrade or Downgrade depending on where they sit relative to yours. Each card shows its credits / month and what one credit costs on that plan.
Toggle Annual billing before comparing. Prices per month change, and comparing a monthly price against an annual one is the usual reason a plan looks wrong. On a yearly plan you still get your credits every month.
Monthly credits do not carry over: unused ones are reset at the end of each period. Pick the plan that matches what you use in a month, and buy extra credits for the occasional busy month.

Manage the subscription
Manage subscriptions opens a panel with Next Payment on, Monthly credits left, Plan Cost and Billing Period, plus Cancel subscription.

Change plan and pay
Choosing a plan opens Select Card To Pay with the subtotal, tax and total. Pick a saved card or Add Card.
An upgrade applies instantly: your monthly credits are reset to the new plan's amount right away. A downgrade does not — your new plan, and its credits, start when the current one expires, so you keep what you paid for.

Good to know
- Cancelling does not cut you off immediately. The panel shows the date your subscription will actually end, and everything keeps working until then.
- Extra credits you bought are kept when you change or cancel your plan. Your real invoices are in Invoices.
- A failed renewal shows up in Transactions before anything visibly stops working — worth checking there first if features disappear.
