The Content Calendar is the read-across view of Posts: every scheduled and published post, on every channel, in one place.
Use it to spot the two things a list hides — days with nothing planned, and days where you accidentally stacked three posts on top of each other.
Before you start
- The calendar only shows posts that have a date. Drafts with no schedule do not appear — they are in Posts.
Steps
- 1
Open the calendar
Under Content Management, click Calendar. It opens on the current month, with Today highlighted.

Move between months
Use Previous and Next to move, and Today to jump back.
- 3
Filter to one channel or status
All channels and All statuses narrow the view — useful when you want to check that Instagram alone has steady coverage.
- 4
Open a day
Click a day to see its posts. No posts on this day is exactly what it says — a gap in your schedule.
Plan a week at a time here rather than post by post. The gaps are obvious in the month view and invisible in the list.
Good to know
- A post appears on the day it is scheduled for, and stays there after it publishes — the calendar doubles as a record of what went out when.
- Changing a post's schedule moves it on the calendar immediately.
- A post that failed still shows on its day, so a failure does not quietly vanish from your plan.
